How long is the B40 Laptop Sponsorship Program?The sponsorship program, as per the contract, spans 24 months for both the donor and the donee.

What happens after 24-months of contract?After 24 months, you have the option to continue sponsoring the child. If you choose not to, we will respectfully collect the laptop and re-match the donor and donee.

After the 24-months period, how does the donee return the laptop?The donee can return the laptop by dropping it off at their respective school or directly at the Sambong Future Office.

Is there a certain damage or lost of equipment cost involved?Yes. As outlined in the endorsement application form, the donee will be responsible for any loss or damage to the laptop. It is the donee's responsibility to ensure the laptop is well-protected and properly maintained.

What happens if there are some issues with the laptop during the 24-months period? Who should the students contact for technical support?Students can simply scan the QR code sticker on the laptop to access a direct link for logging a support ticket.
